Having a few extra kilos on your body isn�t quite so bad for your health but having a heavy accumulation of fat on your body can lead to serious health problems and can change the way people live their everyday lives. This terrible thing is causing so many deaths and illnesses all over the world and we need to realise what the effects of problem are so we can stop it. Serious medical conditions such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes are part of the causes for this problem, family history, pre existing medial conditions do play a big role in contributing but being unfit and unhealthy have caused massive amount of people to have this problem which is obesity.
