Affirmative Action Policies


Affirmative action is an issue ive been interested in since I can remember. i know alot about it and beimg an african american, a woman, and a minority, i am very opinionated about it.
Policies on Affirmative action were first put into effect in the late 1960's and have been in effect in the us, but if forced strongly, it would not benefit just blacks and minorites, but white males workers as well.
It would however harm employes, this explains the attack against affirmative action by both republicans(more noisly)and democrats. It also explains the attempt to throw out afirmative action while using it as a tool to build up racism-to blame minorities and women for the declining standard ...
