Abstract

This paper will discuss the possible funding options for the scenario given in week one's individual project. In week one the decision to incorporate was made in order to have the ability to create start-up funding for the new invention. This paper will offer a solution for funding and an alternative available to a corporation. Different funding options will be defined and given their role of importance in the finance world. The pros and cons of the funding option preferred for the new corporation will be explored. We will also take a look at an alternative funding solution.
