The meaning of happiness is difficult to define, as many people have a different perspective on the subject. Happiness can be defined as; the quality or state of being (Dictionary.com, 2011). Each person has their own way to define happiness and so does each religion. Buddhist define happiness as; blissful and pleasant (Bhavana Society, 2007).
