With today's technology we are able to do so much more and learn so much more than we have ever done before. How is the government using this technology, have they gone too far or should they do more? Domestic surveillance is one way that the government is using this technology and they are infringing on the fourth amendment. The fourth amendment is a part of the bill of rights and it prohibits unreasonable search and seizures and a warrant is needed by the justice system with probable cause.
