Some useful tips that I have taken into consideration when I�m outside of school, is downloading brain and puzzle apps onto my phone. When I have nothing to do I enjoy the quizzes and tests my phone provides for me. It�s another way of exercising my brain and making my mind work.
The E stands for exercising. Every time people exercise, they are increasing their nerve growth factors which will help to broaden our memory. People also need to eat a heart healthy diet which is high in fiber, fruits, and vegetables. The D stands for dieting, and eating lost of healthy foods. Also, eating fish or consuming fish capsules to maintain a healthy diet is proven to help boost children�s IQ levels, lower the possibilities of dementia, and have better concentration. Fish contains DHA & ETA which are anti-inflammatory compounds that help prevent plaque building up in the arteries and have a better blood flow.
