Over the years fast food chains have been popping up on every street corner. McDonald�s alone makes about five new restaurants everyday in the world (Schlosser, 2001). Our society is so fast pace that most American�s find it hard to have three nice home cooked meals. With our busy schedules and little time to spare, we often turn our cheeks to less nutritious foods. I will look at the different types of food that is provided at restaurants and what it really is.
