noticed she was in the midst of a cold cellar room. A rush of adrenaline swam through her body, like a free fish in the sea. Looking down, Phoenix observed she had been tightly bounded with rope to a lawn chair. She shrieked in fear, �Get me out of here!� A man casually walked underneath a small hanging light bulb which dangled from the ceiling. He pronounced in a low key voice, �Do you know why you are in here, old woman?� �NO!� she shrieked, �Now let me go!� The mysterious stranger, who happened to be the employer, accused Phoenix of stealing his money from the store�s drawer. Like any normal person, she denied like a dog. She repeated herself with the words, �I did not!� over and over again. He gathered a filthy rag from his trousers and wadded it up for what seemed like minutes. He aggressively shoved the rag into her weak mouth.
