Do you think there is one factor that is more important than another when it comes to maintaining good health? I think that there a lot of factors that contribute to maintaining good health. Some major parts that can effect your environment are your work space, your house, the people you surround yourself with etc. Your work space can effect your health because if you are cluttered and unorganized you are going to be stressed and its not going to be good with your health. Also leave work at work if you bring it with you home its going to cause pressure if you don't finish it. Also it will stress you out and can cause you to get sick because of all the stress.
