The second amendment states �A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.� Which I believe translates into American�s have the right to keep and use guns. I believe that this is one of the most important amendments.
I don�t view this as a privilege at all. I view it as a responsibility. I agree that if you choose to carry arms you should receive formal training, not only for other�s safety but your personal safety as well

Also Weapons are a part of our culture as we needed them to protect us. Weapons protected us, fed us, and created trade and business-animal furs. People also use guns for sporting fun such as hunting animals, target practice and some sports such as a biathlon use guns.
Altho I do agree with people when they say there needs to be better gun control such as you can not order a gun out of a catalog,or online you have to go to a store and register to get a gun, when you go to buy a gun you should get a background check and if you have any outstanding warrants or have been in jail you should not be able to get a gun.
I do believe that the United States Government should step up and regulate the gun control system. Every gun no matter what it be should be ...
