of mine is that I find it easy to take the lead on a group project and help others which is a characteristic of being intrapersonal and verbal/linguistic. One weakness is when I get distracted I cannot easily get refocused afterwards. A weakness is that I forget steps to a process when trying to find the fastest most efficient way to solve a problem.

I feel it can assist me in some ways but hurt me in others. An example is I occasionally get distracted and find it hard to keep up. An advantage is I can find a solution and visualize 3d shapes when I focus. One disadvantage is I sometimes get ahead of myself and forget steps to Algebraic Formulas or sometimes simple math. One other advantage is I can get work done very efficiently when I focus.

Having Visual/Spatial intelligence helps me in visualizing 3d shapes in geometry and is also reviewed when I play Ice Hockey because I can visualize the puck and its trajectory easily. Another intelligence type that helps is ...
