In viewing different versions of Robin Hood films, Robin Hood can be portrayed in many methods. Comparing the Fox version of Robin Hood and the Disney Carton film of Robin Hood there and many comparisons and contrasts throughout the films. Such as, the Disney film uses animated cartoon animals to depict the story, compared with the Fox film using actual human actors and actresses to perform the story line. Secondly, the Fox film doesn't use narration in contrast to the Disney film using an animated character to tell most of the story. Secondly, the Fox film doesn't use narration in contrast to the Disney film using an animated roaster who is a Minstrel to narrate much of the story. This changes the point of view in how the viewer interacts with the storyline in the film. In the Fox version you have to rely on the characters to tell you the story of Robin Hood. On the other hand in the Disney version of Robin Hood you can rely on the carton characters and the Minstrel to walk you through the film. These narrations in the Disney film can be seen many times throughout the film with a musical touch. Music is used in conjunction with acting to tell the story, in contrast to the Fox film hardly any music is used at all throughout the film to play out the story. Narrations, plays big roles in how audiences' view two films that are written about Robin Hood.
