Psychoanalysis of Hamlet

The tragedy in hamlet is all led by hamlet�s decisions and feelings against an action of his mother and his uncle in marrying each other, quickly after his father�s death. Hamlet is a man of revenge in thought; he is living in meditation with his actions. If he wanted revenge why did he want to be so planned perfect? It only led for him to cause the death not only of his enemies but as well for his beloved ones, as well for himself. Hamlet saw death to be the solution of revenge as well for the cause of it, that he became so obsessed with death.

The id of hamlet seems to be strong in this scene because we can understand hamlet�s problem and feelings. He is angry, sad, depressed, by stating that nothing comes good from evil, and that his heart is breaking, but he can not tell anyone. This led for his conscience to feel like he has to do something about it, so he would not get Claudius get away from a lie that he is hiding from everyone.
Hamlet characterizes his mother in a way to make her look bad, so he can release his feelings on her. Hamlet does seem to have a respect on this scene but he also wants to make himself clear that he is not satisfied with the decision of hers. Hamlet�s id compelled him to speak about his mother in a way to make her sound as a sinful person because of his self anger and gratification of releasing his feelings.
