Reasons To Be Fit


Being unfit can mean problems for you. Health problems; where your
body wouldn��t function properly due to a lack of exercise. Social
problems; where you will be too fat to be attractive and be self-
conscientious. Performance problems; where you are too unfit or stress out
to play sports or focus on your work. There is a simple solution to these
problems-------by being fit.

Being fit isn��t just based on a diet, or just doing exercise. It
is a combination of both. Having a diet doesn��t mean you can��t eat
your favorite foods, it just mean eating a reasonable amount along with
other foods. Same goes for the exercise. Exercise is an important part of a

live a longer life. Doing aerobic and weight exercises such as running,
walking, swimming, weight lifting etc. and a healthy diet is important in
preventing or treating the above diseases or conditions.

When you are fit, you feel energized and want to be active. Unfit
people are always sitting around saying they are tire and don��t want to do
things. The truth is, unfit people are always tire. Their heart and
metabolism rate are low, so when they want to do something, they do not
have enough energy to do it. But when you feel energized, you perform task
better, whether in school or at work. This might lead to good grades or a
promotion, which might lead to other better things in life. Just another
benefit of fitness.

Looking good is the biggest reason of why people are on diet and
fitness programs. A fit person will for sure, look better than an unfit
