had brung out a new type of music that inspired many other bands latter on like Metallica and the Trooper which were also very popular later on. Then a new type of music had hit the charts called “Progressive Rock”. one band that had been labeled by this new type of rock were called The Who, the band was very popular to the American ears, and mostly every adult that had lived in the 1970’s had somewhat knew of this band. But Progressive Rock had many different types of bands, for instance Peter Gabriel, some of his costumes and songs made it seem like the guy was always on some kind of drug, even though his music sounded great.
Progressive rock had many great bands that were almost as popular as The Who, such as Pink Floyd and Genesis. These bands were more calming, and had somewhat also seemed as if they were Psychedelic bands also. It would be safe to assume that many bands in the 1970’s were on drugs.
