The SQ3R method helps you retain information and remember important parts of any knowledge that you want to remember. The technique was made for college students but it is suitable for anything new that you want to apply it too. The letters of SQ3R stand for five steps that you should use when reading something that you want to remember. These five steps are Survey, Question, Read, Recall, and Review.
