Most people would think that letting a teenager drive at the age of 16 is ridiculous. However there are two major reasons why teen ages should be able to drive at 16. Being able to drive at the age of sixteen gives teenagers a good opportunity to gain a lot more experience in handling a motor car or cycle, which would give them a lot more experience in driving.
