One of my biggest problems in life has been stress and the way it affects my life. I seem to always put off starting and/or maintaining exercise routines and proper dieting by letting stress take over and just giving up and saying to myself: �I will just start again next week�, which in return tells me to go ahead and eat the foods that I should not be eating such as doughnuts, fast food, cakes, etc., because next week I will be sticking to my new diet and exercise routine. in shape, I just end of feeling miserable as compared to just sticking with a good routine and being happy overall with myself and the way I feel. I hate wearing tight jeans and tend to wear shirts that are not tucked in when I�m overweight.
I have put together a new routine and outlined a new approach for dealing with stress in order to help me stick with a new exercise routine and diet plan, which is ultimately the only way I will only feel better about myself. The following pages are new methods of dealing with stress in my life, which I�m hoping will help to get me back down to my goal weight within the next two or three months.
