Nowadays, sports have become an important part of modern life especially for those living in urban areas. More and more people, both children and teenagers play sports as young as they are, because there are so many benefits from playing sports. However, some people who are athletes spend too much time on it. They play sports every season like they never have a break or a moment to relax in their life. As a result of an obsession, it affects not only the body but also the mind. The truth is that when they get hooked on controlling their weight with having a thin body and trying to achieve the Olympics as their goal it is sad. They break all school records because they almost forget their responsibility in schoolwork and that it is studying hard. In this case, a sports obsession is no longer good.

Another example is how obsession lead to cheating. Many athletes don�t respect sportsmanship which means trying their best to make it. It�s not about the winning or losing.
