Mr. Robert Lee Frost was born on March 26, 1874 in San Francisco California. He grew up in America wanting to become a writer when he became older. He attended Dartmouth College and left after two years to pursue his writing career. Throughout his career he wrote many successful poems and other works of writing. In the two of his poems �Birches� and �The Road Not Taken�, two very famous poems, parts of his real life appear to be evident in the poems. Frost's life seemed to be very successful and fulfilling to the naked average eye. However, some believe a different reality for Frost. a man or woman who come to a road that diverges into two separate roads. He writes about how taking the one road has made all the difference. I believe when he is saying this he is talking about his own life. In the last stanza of the poem Frost states about the character that �I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I�I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference�(Frost139). I believe this stanza has to do with the decisions Frost made in his life.
