Workers have fought day in and day out against the introduction of machines and robots that could, and are taking jobs away. Many companies that can afford to invest in new technology that requires less people to operate are feeding into the flame. When they make the call to use machines to replace workers, they will lack employment, therefore enhancing unemployment.
