Our First Lady Michelle Obama has started a campaign asking for the schools to help fight against this epidemic. Schools have now started giving children healthy lunches. This issue has been placed on the backburner for many years and now being brought to everybody�s attention, because many health issues are becoming a problem amongst children. By doing this, will teach parents how to eat healthy and maintain a proper weight in children.
Mainly, alot single parent households may not have the sources they need to maintain eating habits. The schools should then seek help for these individuals to keep the kids eating healthy. For example, the communities they live in may not have nearby grocery stores to shop for healthy foods. The local convenient stores should sell health produce items and snacks.
