by the government the same way other laws and jurisdictions are for the better of our lives. The internet offers are nothing more than libraries; much like most of the things we see around us, can easily be censored or restricted by the government because they are all viewed as luxuries. Many people would debate these things by claiming that e need the internet or libraries to survive, but that is not true. If one were to find themselves trapped in the wild, would the internet provide any meanings of survival? Perhaps having predicament, but in itself the internet proves futile in the means of human survival. Many argue by saying that everything is done by the internet nowadays which is not true either because according to statistics, only about 58% of the worlds population uses and has access to the internet. This in itself proves how the internet is a civil and not a human right.
