Should guns be outlawed or should they stay legal? I am a proud member of the National Riffle Association (NRA) and a firm believer that guns should stay legal. The second amendment states �...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.� I vehemently agree with the constitution.

Many people argue that guns should be banned all together in the USA, and that all citizens must turn in their guns to the government. Other countries have tried this and the result was far from what their Governments had wanted. abiding citizens will turn in their guns. Outlaws however, will continue to break the law by keeping their guns. Criminals who use guns for crime are not law abiding, so they would not be affected by a gun ban. Ninety five percent of the guns used to commit crimes are in fact unregistered weapons. This proves the point that criminals have and always will find ways to get guns.

A sixty eight year old auto salesman and Korean War veteran Jappy J. Dickson had just gotten out of his car at a restaurant when an armed man approached him and said �give me your money or I�ll blow your head off�.
