When I think of a song that really means a lot to me, or a song that
really sticks out in my mind and really says something to me I almost right
away think of the song �Betterman�. This song is written and produced by
the band Pearl Jam which happens to be my favorite band of all time. I
believe songs can hold many different emotions and can mean so much to
someone just hearing it. I think songs are really special and can bring
back memories that you set at moments and didn�t even realize that you were
doing it. Songs even tend to mark history you set in your footsteps. This

It really lets you hear the
pain love can cause and how much you go through when love is destroyed.
The song symbolizes anger and how angry you can get when things break apart.
The lyrics tell you how easily you can lie to yourself to try to make
something better and how it never works out if you take that approach. It
really shows the emotions involved with love and the things love makes you
do. I think the theme of this song is really easy to grasp if you listen
to the lyrics. The moral of the song is very easy to determine just by
listening to it and I think this is a very powerful song. As I am writing
this I am listening to the song. It shows the different ways of
manipulation. In a way it shows how love can be an addiction also. The
main point in this song is that love is a very powerful thing. It has
three characters in it. A man and the woman who have this ongoing
relationship and a narrator (the singer) who sees how powerful love is.
