Between childhood and adulthood there is an awkward stage in life called the teens. These people are characterized by the developing of their physical selves, their changing mental awareness, and their responses to many outside factors. Some of these factors are relationships, peer pressure, sexuality and spirituality.
There are many different people in the world and it can be very difficult to term one type as the "norm". While the average household can be statistically described as one husband, one wife, 2.4 children, and so forth, it can be very hard to categorize a group of people that is changing in such amounts at such speed.
